Dr. Smith has almost forty years of experience in various clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare in the military and civilian sectors. He also has twenty years' experience as an N.C.C.A. Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor. Dr. Smith is an honorably discharged career Army officer holding the retired rank of Major. He is an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God
with thirty-eight years ministerial experience to include seven years as a full-time hospital chaplain. Pastor Tom has been married to Laura for fifty-three years. They have four grandchildren (two sets of twins).

Pastor Brittany Eason
Board Member
Pastor Brittany is FBI alumni and is passionate about this ministry. She is ordained through the Assemblies of God and currently serves as the missions and connections pastor at Gateway Christian Center. She is a published author, a teacher, with 10 years of children's ministry experience and 5 years Missions to Africa experience. Her heart is to see the people of God discipled and in His Word.
Pastor Rick Rampersand

Rick has been an Ordained Minister with the A/G. He has over 30 years’ experience serving in various capacities such as: Youth Ministry, Senior Pastor/ Church Planter. Currently Rick is serving as an Adult Sunday School Teacher and Associate Pastor. Rick is also a member of the Executive Staff of the Peninsula Florida District serving as the Royal Rangers Missions Coordinator. Rick has also served as a Registered Investment Adviser and Fiduciary and Technology Leader for over 25 years.
Pastor Terry Spiwak
Board Member
Pastor Terry Spiwak currently servers as a board member and teacher at Florida Bible Institute. He has been a part of FBI for over 7 years. He has worked in law enforcement, security, had ministry support. He was credentialed with the Assemblies of God in 1977, he has pastored 5 churches back to health, served as assistant pastor and senior pastor throughout the United States. He graduated from Vanguard University and is currently finishing his degree in Masters in Counseling. He and his wife, Deb, served in Alaska with AGUS missions working with foster children. In 2014 the Lord called them to serve with FBI.
